PROJECT MANAGERS

Project Managers direct multiple activities and engage in broad client contact, project design, budgeting, auditing and supervision. A minimum of 8 to 12 years direct experience in site investigation and remediation is required together with a valid NJ subsurface evaluator certification.  An undergraduate degree in environmental engineering, geology, hydrogeology or environmental science is also required. Graduate degrees are highly valued. Litigation support experience a plus. Project Managers at ECC are responsible for establishing causation of damages, designing budgets, approving costs, devising and implementing investigation/remediation strategies as well as supervising contractor personnel.  Excellent written and oral communication skills ensure career advancement.

 

ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGERS

Associate Project Managers must have 3 to 7 years direct experience in either site investigation or remediation, and have an undergraduate degree in environmental engineering, geology or environmental science.  An advanced degree in these areas is desirable.  Associates participate in the full range of project responsibilities including client contact, establishing budgets, approving costs, devising and implementing investigation/remediation strategies as well as supervising contractor personnel.  Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.  Associates are encouraged to progress toward full Manager status over time.  This position is for skilled professionals interested in long-term career advancement.

 

FIELD TECHNICIANS

Field Technicians should have an undergraduate degree in geology, environmental engineering, environmental science or a related area.  Direct field experience in site investigation and remediation is required. Field Technicians function independently and are involved in installing and maintaining remediation systems, groundwater pumping systems, collecting soil and water samples and assisting in a variety of other site investigation and remediation activities. Good oral communication skills are required.
