Service Philosophy

ECC’s service philosophy reflects its clients' need to resolve environmental liabilities
fairly and at reasonable cost. This philosophy recognizes the carriers' responsibility
to assess, manage and conclude insurance claims in good faith and without contingent liabilities.

Contamination claims often present special challenges that are susceptible to
multiple solutions. To address this problem, ECC has developed standardized
systems that have brought a degree of predictability to an otherwise irregular process.
